o you have stock in your store, or do you have to place a special order?

Answer: We are not a sample store, and carry a vast variety of styles, sizes, and colors. We can also, place special orders when we are out of stock in a specific style or color, if time allows. Most of the time, you can buy a dress off-the-rack, due to our vast selection in gowns!

f I gave you a style number, could you special order it for me, if you don't have the item in stock?

Answer: Yes, we'll be glad to order it for you if we carry the collection, and if the item is available for delivery by the requested wear date. All special orders are final sale.

ow long do special orders take to arrive?

Answer: Generally, special orders can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 5 months to arrive, depending on the brand. If the manufacturer has the item requested in stock in their warehouse, please allow a minimum of 10-15 business days for delivery to our store location or home delivery. With all special orders, customers will be given a confirmation delivery date after their order has been fully processed. Any information given beforehand would only be an approximate delivery date.

hat sizes do you go up to?

Answer: Generally, we always carry sizes from 0 up to 22 in stock across most of our departments, but not all of our departments. Please call for specific department size availability.

hat is your return policy?

Answer: All sales are final. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure that our customers will always purchase the highest quality and unworn special occasion formalwear from our store.

o you have bridesmaids gowns in stock?

Answer: To try on the Bridesmaids dresses you would need an appointment, so that the stylist can prepare the dress styles that you are interested in. They would not be available to view without an appointment because they are not on the store floor. We do have catalogs that you can view and order from in store and online anytime.

o you carry bridal headpieces and veils?

Answer: Yes, we carry many different brands of headpieces and veils in stock, and also take special orders for items that we don't have.

o you carry bridal gowns?

Answer: Yes, if you're looking for a traditional bridal look, you may view the bridal designers we carry on our website www.christinasfashion.com

However, we also have a great selection of gowns in stock (NOT in our bridal category) in colors Ivory, White, or Champagne that you can totally wear for a civil, destination, informal, or second wedding!

o you sell petticoats that go under dresses?

Answer: Yes, we do carry several different styles of petticoats with the hoops in it, ranging from $55.00 up to $78.00.

o you rent dresses?

Answer: No, we do NOT rent dresses.

o you have alterations on site? Is there a charge for tailoring?

Answer: Yes, we do have experienced and professional alterations with reasonable prices (by appointment only). Any alteration fees are separate from the cost of the dress and range in price depending on the amount of work that needs to be done. If you need an estimate, one will be provided beforehand.
