We are located off of the I 5 and Palomar St. Exit in Chula Vista in the Palomar
Commerce Center. If you are coming from North of Chula Vista:

o you have stock in your store, or do you have to place a special order?
Answer: We place special orders when we are out of stock in a specific style or color. Most of the time,
you can buy a dress off-the-rack, due to our vast selection in gowns.
 f I gave you a style number, could you special order it for me, if
you don't have the item in stock?
Answer: Yes, we'll be glad to order it for you if we carry the line, and if the item is
available for delivery by the requested wear date.
 ow long do special orders take to arrive?
Answer: Generally, special orders can take 14 to 90 days to arrive, depending on the company.
If the company has the item requested in stock, allow 10 business days for delivery.
 hat sizes do you go up to?
Answer: We carry petite, regular, and womens sizes. Generally, we always have sizes 2 up to 24 (womens) in stock.
hat are your store hours?
Answer:
Monday -Friday 10:30am to 6:30pm
Saturdays 10:00am to 6:00pm
Sundays 11:00am to 5:00pm.
hat is your return policy?
Answer: All formalwear items and accessories are final sales. This policy is
enforced to ensure that our customers will purchase the highest quality special occasion formalwear
from our store.
o you have bridesmaids gowns in stock?
Answer: Yes, we have bridesmaids gowns in stock and we also have catalogs you can view and order from.
o you carry bridal headpieces and veils?
Answer: Yes, we carry many different brands of headpieces and veils in stock and also take special orders for items that we don't have.
o you carry bridal gowns?
Answer: We do not carry traditional bridal lines in the store. However, we do have numerous dresses for simple, informal, and second weddings.
o you sell petticoats that go under dresses?
Answer: Yes, we have several different styles of petticoats from A-line to extra full styles, ranging from $37.00 up to $57.00.
o you rent dresses?
Answer: Everything in the store is for sale only. We do not rent dresses.
o you have alterations on site? Is there a charge for tailoring?
Answer: Yes, we do have experienced and professional alterations with reasonable prices (by appointment only). Any alteration fees are separate from the cost of the dress and range in price depending on the amount of work that needs to be done.
