All formalwear and accessories are final sales. This policy is enforced to ensure that our customers will purchase the highest quality special occasion formalwear from our store. It is very important for us to preserve our reputation as being an honest and professional business in the bridal industry.

pecial Orders

If we do not have an item in stock, a special order maybe placed under these conditions:

• Customers will be fitted in the store before placing any orders
• All orders will be paid in full at the time of the order
• All special orders are non-refundable and cancellations are not allowed. No exceptions!
• Allow 14-90 days for delivery of stock merchandise from the manufacturer
• All orders will be given specific delivery date confirmations
• No extra charge for shipping on special orders except for rush orders (ex. Overnight Delivery)
• We guarantee on-time arrival of all special orders that are made

ridesmaid Orders:

• Each bridesmaid in your wedding party will be fitted in the store before the entire bridesmaid order is placed, due to manufacturers availability of all sizes requested.
• A 10% discount on all purchases or orders for entire bridal party (for parties of 5 or more)
• Special order contract forms will be explained and signed by the bride at time of order

efunds or Exchanges on Special Orders:

• The only case that a refund will be given on a special order is if the garment arrives damaged due to a manufacturers defect and another one could not be acquired in time
• The only case that an exchange will be allowed is if the garment happens to be the wrong size or does not fit (due to our mistake in choosing the size). The right size will be ordered promptly.

ay-A-Way Policy:

• 2 weeks to 1 month lay-a-way plans available
• A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total amount is required at time of lay-a-way
• Payment plans are available for lay-a-ways needing more than a 1 month term
• Lay-a-ways that are not paid in full by the planned due date will be cancelled, and any deposit or payments made toward the item will not be refunded

lterations Policy:

• Alterations costs are not included in the price of the dresses. Alterations charges will vary depending on each dress style
• All fittings require an appointment
• Fittings will be done at our store location
• Alterations will be paid after the service has been completed, at time of pick-up
• Alterations are guaranteed to be on time, as promised
• All tailoring work is guaranteed
